DE-TECH ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING AND MENTORING PROGRAMME CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
De-TECH invites students (bachelor, master’s, PhD), academic staff (faculty and researchers), and nonacademic staff (administrative, professional services) to apply for a 10-week structured entrepreneurship training and mentoring programme, aiming to build deep-tech entrepreneurial capacity across higher
education institutions, equip you with fundamental
business and innovation skills, and connect you with a strong European trainer and mentorship network.
Why should you apply?
• Gain hands-on experience in innovation management, market validation, and funding strategies
• Receive guidance from experienced mentors across Europe
• Connect with peers, corporates, and investors
• Earn a certificate of completion, with potential microcredentials
Selection and Requirements
• Applicants must be affiliated with a university, evaluation is based on motivation, innovation potential and commitment.
• Mandatory active participation in weekly trainings and mentoring sessions
• A total of 60 hours study time (23 of in-class hours, 3 hours of Innotech Pills Videos and 20 hours of selfstudy, and pitching presentation preparation)
• Teams and individuals are welcome to apply

The De-TECH Venture Builder 2025 competition, part of the Deep Tech European Venture Builder (De-TECH) project, funded by the EIT Higher Education Initiative, invites researchers, postgraduate students, and recent alumni (graduated within the last five years) from the Technical University of Madrid, Estonian Business School, Istanbul Technical University, and Leibniz University Hannover to apply for a customized 10-week training and mentoring program.
Eligible applicants must be working on deep tech innovations developed at these universities, or the technologies must originate from these institutions, even if their development and commercialization have subsequently been transferred to a spin-off or startup.
