Project coordinator and a leading technical university in Europe, UPM brings strong expertise in innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup incubation through programs like actúaupm.

LUH – Leibniz University Hannover (Germany)

A top research university with strengths in bioeconomy and technology transfer. LUH runs high-tech incubators and plays a key role in regional innovation ecosystems.

ITU – Istanbul Technical University (Türkiye)

One of the oldest technical universities in the world, ITU offers advanced entrepreneurship programs and incubators like ITU Seed, with strong links to public and private stakeholders.

EBS – Estonian Business School (Estonia)

A business school focused on innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. EBS brings investment experience and startup acceleration know-how to the consortium.

Technoport (Luxembourg)

Luxembourg’s leading tech incubator, Technoport supports deep tech startups and has close ties with the European Space Resources Innovation Centre (ESRIC).

Effectia (Spain)

A consultancy specialized in science communication, innovation strategy, and dissemination. Effectia leads the project’s communication and visibility work.

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) (Türkiye)

The city’s public authority supports urban innovation and entrepreneurship, fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and citizens in Istanbul’s vibrant ecosystem.
