🚀 Call for Applications: Executive Mentor Training Programme (DeTECH Project)

🏁 Become an Interim CEO Mentor for Deep-Tech University Ventures
📅 Application Period: 1–10 December 2025

The DeTECH – Deep Tech European Venture Builder, funded by the EIT HEI Initiative, invites executives, CEOs, EMBA students, and leadership master’s students to apply for a special Mentor Training Programme designed to prepare future interim CEO mentors for university-based deep-tech startups.

This programme equips participants with the knowledge, tools, and hands-on practice required to support early-stage deep-tech founders—students, researchers, and academic teams—across Europe.

 

 

 

🎯 Who Should Apply?

We welcome applications from:

  • Senior executives and managers

  • CEOs and startup founders

  • EMBA / MBA / leadership master’s students

  •  Professionals aiming to mentor deep-tech ventures at early stages

  •  Individuals interested in interim CEO / leadership roles in innovation-driven startups

Applicants should be eager to develop mentoring skills and support deep-tech entrepreneurial teams emerging from universities.

 

 

 

📘 Training Programme

🖥️ Live Session – 12 December, 16:00 CET (3 hours)

  1. Welcome & Introduction

  2. Mentorship Handbook, Ethics & Practice

  3. Mentornity Platform Training

📚 Self-Study (5 hours)

  •  Mentoring Knowledge Resources Study – Articles and videos recommended

  •  Ethics & practice quiz and case analysis

  • Mentornity platform practice

🤝 Pilot Mentoring Practice (2 hours)

  •  Mentoring pilots with start-up teams

  •  Supervision and feedback from an experienced mentor

  • Self-reflection and improvement based on feedback reports

📝 Upon successful completion, participants will have the chance to join the official DeTECH mentoring pool.
